01 | Developer arch models
Architectural models for sales offices are one of our key areas. We work together with our clients’ marketing and sales teams.
We plan how the model will be used and how it will work with buyers, and we fit it into the sales office.

Our usual scales for developer models are from 1:100 to 1:300. A project takes about 2 months on average, depending on its complexity.

Port d’Azur
Project Details
  • Client: Azurro Development
  • Scale / size: 1:200 / 240 × 100 cm
  • Timeline: 3 months

Port d’Azur has 37 buildings of different heights, 3 swimming pools and many playgrounds and sports areas. We focused on the natural greenery and small architectural elements because they shape how people feel about the space.

We also developed an app for this project. It shows the floor plans of all 3,000 apartments in the complex and controls the lighting of the model for each one. The client picks an apartment in the app, and the right building and floor light up on the model. There’s no need to explain with drawings where the window will be.

Park Lane Residence
Project Details
  • Client: Sea Breeze Real Estate
  • Scale / size: 1:150 / 160 × 160 cm
  • Timeline: 3 months

The main feature of this project is the balconies. There are more than 1,000 of them, and every one is unique: we modeled and assembled them by hand. The balconies do a lot to create the look of the complex that the architect intended, and the model keeps it. The model is made in a dark, restrained style. The dark palette brings out the volume and texture of the facades, and the balconies look sharp and graphic.

The master plan has a lot of care in the greenery: dark shades of vegetation tie the territory together and show what the space between the buildings will feel like.

Harbour Residence
Project Details
  • Client: Sea Breeze Real Estate
  • Scale / size: 1:100 / 160 × 200 cm
  • Timeline: 2 months

In this project we focused on the sculpted facades and the visual depth of the architecture. The model works both as a sales tool and as part of the office interior.
The architecture is highly detailed, with realistic imitation of materials. It’s complemented by many small figures of people, translucent cars, realistic trees and other tiny elements. They bring the scene to life and support the architecture while keeping the view clean: the attention stays on the building itself. We also worked out the interior of the retail zone in detail, so buyers can see what life on the ground floors will look like.

The base of the model has rounded corners that echo the geometry of the interior so the model fits naturally into the sales office.

02 | Urban planning models
Urban planning models show how a future project will connect with its surroundings, whether that’s city buildings or natural landscape.
They make approvals with investors and government bodies easier: the solution can be seen and understood, not just read on a drawing.

These models are usually made at scales from 1:1000 to 1:5000 and a project takes from 3 months.

Qoçəhmədli village
Project Details
  • Client: Government agency
  • Scale / size: 1:200 / 250 × 150 cm
  • Timeline: 2 months

The village of Qoçəhmədli sits in a low valley. Gentle hills surround it on one side, and a river curves around it on the other. We saw great value and beauty in the landscape of this place and wanted to fit the project into the nature around it in a thoughtful way. Using satellite images and topographic survey data, we recreated a large area around the village, so the terrain on the model is exactly as it is in real life.

The model shows how the future project will find its place among the hills and become part of this landscape.

Shirvanshahs’ Palace Complex
Project Details
  • Client: Handicraft Baku
  • Scale / size: 1:200 / 50 × 50 cm
  • Timeline: 1 months

To make the model of the Shirvanshahs’ Palace our team studied the site: we took detailed measurements, made sketches and shot photos. We wanted to share every little piece of this remarkable place.

We chose plaster as the main material because its texture and feel are the closest to the original material of the complex. Plaster let us convey the architectural character of the buildings, and the way it plays with light and shadow gives the model a natural, living feel.
